5S is a Japanese method of organizing keeping the workspace in order so as to dedicate time only to activities that create value. The goal is to create a clean environment, eliminate waste by minimizing tool searches and improve the quality of the work of individuals. The work station must be ordered: each object must have a place where it must be placed, the workpieces must be delimited in a specific area, the tools or components necessary for assembly must be placed close to the worker in order to obtain greater fluidity and linearity in production activities.
Containers and collection trays place in a small space and within easy reach of the operator, the small components necessary for assembly or processing. Quickly replaceable or rechargeable from the top, resting on the top or hooked to a profile, with tabs for easy grip and, in some models, protective plastic closure.
