KLT containers
R-KLT
The R-KLT container for small loads is specifically designed for automated production processes and to be used in the most varied stages of production. It stands out for its extremely stable composite base. Withstands temperatures from -20 °C to 100°C. Provided with 2 locations for identification tag. Prepared to be stacked also with lid.
RL-KLT
The small load container RL-KLT stands out for its smooth bottom and drain holes except for the smaller size container. The smooth bottom makes it ideal for use on gravity roller conveyors. Withstands temperatures from -20°C to 100°C. Provided with 2 seats for identification tag, 2 handles for manual gripping and is designed to be stacked also with lid, sold separately.

KLT containers represent a standardized series of containers for manual and automatic handling.
They are special containers for the flow of material in compliance with the VDA standard in industry and in the transport of goods between manufacturer and supplier in the automotive sector.
KLT containers are particularly suitable for:
- automatic removal of the parts from the containers and movement on empty piles
- vertical and horizontal removal through grooves or slots for automatic warehouses
- automatic grippers / vices with two vertical grooves on the longitudinal sides
- use in automated systems with front grooves and on the longitudinal sides

Technical data
The containers of each format are stackable mixed on Euro-pallets of dimensions 1200 x 1000 and 1200 x 800 mm. The ribs of the bottom with feet ensure stability and grip during stacking. Furthermore, thanks to the single-wall structure, they are particularly easy to clean and fire-resistant.
