1. At the production line the components will be packed directly into the plastic boxes (KLT’s), which are placed on Dollies. The Dollies with KLT’s are brought to the optimal ergonomic height by a ”lifter”. |

2. The Dollies are coupled together in a train and transported to a first storage area. |
|
3. The Dollies are parked in the outbound supermarket / FIFO-Station – sorted by types. |

4. The Adaptor Pallet is loaded with 4 Dollies... |
|
5. ...and loaded on to the trailer with a fork lift truck.

6. The Adaptor Pallets are delivered at the inbound warehouse of the customer. |

7. The goods are unloaded and checked-in. |
|
8. The products are placed in the warehouse: the Dollies at the bottom, while the Adaptor Pallet with spare parts in the upper zone. |

9. The Dollies are taken from the warehouse and brought into the mounting area. |
|
10. In the mounting area the material is taken out of the KLT for manufacture. The Dollies with KLT’s are brought to the optimal ergonomic height by a ”lifter”.
