Side wall collapsing mechanism
Each side wall of the KLAPA Collapsible Pallet Box can
be collapsed over completely using an easy-to-operate
collapsing mechanism. No folding sequence has to be
followed. In order to be able to load and unload the
KLAPA containers more easily, a flap can be opened in
each side wall if desired.
A specially developed hinge system with safety locking
mechanism ensures that the KLAPA can constand
heavy loads when closed. Visual indication of locking is
provided.
Space saving
Since all side walls can be folded over it is possible to
save up to 70% when transporting the empty containers.
By way of comparison: 7 folded containers occupy
the same space as three stacked KLAPA containers.
Compatibility
The KLAPA collapsible container is compatible with
commonly used container systems and fulfils the standard requirements
of the GALIA and ODETTE labeling specifications. |
