Production - the heart of your
company
Production is the creation of products,
which, in turn, results in value
appreciation and added value. Each
process comprises tasks that add value
as well as tasks that generate sometimes
obvious, but often hidden waste. This is
why the goal of production planning is
to create a production system that is as
free of waste as possible by continually
minimizing waste and increasing added
value.
Step by step to Lean Production
without any waste
Using the manual production systems, you will be able to reduce
waste in your production system.
Using it the following basic ideas can be
put into practice:
• Customer cycles (only produce what
your customer needs) • Pull principle (excess inventory is
prevented or controlled) • One-piece flow (increases
transparency) • Zero defect principle |
|
A combination of theory and practice
By incorporating ergonomic aspects
into the design of your production
equipment, you will be able to optimize
working conditions and thus increase the
motivation of your workers.
- Avoid overproduction
- Eliminate waiting times
- Avoid errors
- Avoid overprocessing
- Avoid movement that does not add value
- Lower stocks
- Reduce transports
Well prepared for modifications
Lean Production that has been
individually designed and planned with
the manual production systems results in short lead times and
increased worker response times. All
these benefits ensure a high level of
customer satisfaction for the
long term.
Gradual investments
Furthermore, individual constructions
and assemblies in the manual production systems are the foundation
for continuous improvements and
gradual investments in production
equipment and thus guarantee even
more efficiency.

5S campaign
1. SEIRI: Delete unnecessary
Components, tools, boxes, packaging, machinery, equipment that does not need right away.
Labeled with "red cards" those you do not need and anomalies.
Open the PDCA needed to restore.
2. SEITON: Place
Spaces service, shelving, cabinets, desks to work ...
What do you need? In what quantities? Why if you need it?
Place near the point of use: a place for everything and everything in its place.
(Spaghetti Chart, VSM)
3. SEISO: Develop a management view
Clean your work place and machinery to highlight the anomalies:
contamination, security, loss, tools and materials out of place are highlighted and improved through the PDCA.
4. SEIKETSU: Standardize
Making standards the new situation created.
One standard is the simplest, easiest and safest way to do the best job of any kind!
Now!
5. SHITSUKE: Developing self-discipline
Standards are right to exist only if maintained.
The verification is done through checklists, plans, cleaning and maintenance, independent and external audit.
Are reinforced by the consistent behavior of all. |
